Is there a free tier?
There is a free sandbox rather than a free plan. It creates a workspace without a card, with one fixed connection to a built-in records API and a one-off allowance of about 200 standard actions. Writes go through the same approval loop as on a paid plan, and nothing reaches an external system. Create a sandbox, then choose a plan from the dashboard once the loop works for you.
Is there a refund?
Yes. Every subscription purchase and renewal carries a full, unconditional 14-day refund; no reason and no usage condition. Details in the refund policy.
How many actions does the monthly limit cover?
Each plan includes a monthly processing allowance. A standard action (integration.execute, integration.fetch, data.validate, report.create) uses one unit, so the allowance covers about 2,000 on Launch, 8,333 on Growth, 25,000 on Scale. Model-backed actions (document.analyze, data.extract, research.web) draw on the same allowance by tokens used, and research.web also draws on it for each web search it runs, so their count varies with input size and search depth. The dashboard shows the remaining allowance as a percentage and the next reset date.
What happens at the monthly limit?
New jobs pause until the next subscription period or a plan upgrade. ActionDock never creates an automatic overage charge and does not sell a usage balance.
What does annual billing cost?
Twelve months for the price of ten — two months free: Launch $490, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,990 per year. Switch the toggle above to annual, or open a checkout link with cycle=annual.
Which actions are included?
Every plan includes the complete action catalog: integration.execute for supervised API writes plus the six supporting read, extraction, validation, research, analysis, and report actions.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is an annual subscription on a written order form, $12K–$120K+, depending on connection count, retention, security requirements, onboarding, support, and deployment scope. The exact fixed price and limits are disclosed before purchase.
What is not included?
ActionDock is not a communications, marketing, social-posting, payment-processing, media-generation, or autonomous decision service. It relays only the requests you approve to systems you already control, and it never holds funds, card data, or a provider balance.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage the subscription in the customer portal. Paid access continues through the applicable billing period unless the portal states otherwise.
