The software service

ActionDock is subscription software that lets an external AI agent submit bounded jobs for supplied business-document analysis, structured extraction and validation, source-linked web research, durable report creation, and operations against workspace-approved HTTPS business systems.

The calling agent or application chooses the workflow and sequence. ActionDock validates inputs, applies workspace policy, executes one published action, preserves job evidence, and returns a result. The public action catalog is the complete supported product surface.

ActionDock is not a marketplace, payment service, communications carrier, marketing service, autonomous outreach service, or professional advisory service. It does not sell generated media, phone service, customer-message delivery, stored value, or transferable credits.

Accounts, API keys, and external systems

You must provide accurate account information, keep dashboard sessions and API keys confidential, and promptly revoke credentials you no longer trust. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to your workspace until you notify us of suspected compromise.

You may connect only systems and data that you own or are authorized to use. A connection owner defines its HTTPS destination, credential, allowed methods, and path prefixes. Connection credentials are encrypted and are not returned to the calling agent.

Read-only actions may run directly. Every external write pauses with an exact preview and requires approval from a signed-in workspace owner in the dashboard. An API key or calling agent cannot approve its own write. Approval confirms authorization for that exact request; it does not transfer responsibility for the business decision to ActionDock.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Business users represent that they have authority to bind their organization.

Subscriptions, limits, and cancellation

Launch, Growth, and Scale are fixed monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions. Published prices and plan limits appear on the pricing page before checkout. Plans differ by approved connection count, report storage, monthly processing guardrails, support, and related workspace limits. All standard plans include the complete published action catalog.

There are no automatic overage charges, purchasable execution balances, cash-equivalent credits, or transferable value. When a monthly processing or storage limit is reached, affected jobs pause until the limit resets, space is freed, or the plan is upgraded.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected cycle until cancelled. You may cancel from the billing portal. Unless a refund applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Taxes, invoices, payment methods, and transaction processing are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Enterprise subscriptions use a written order form. The exact fixed annual price, included software scope, limits, security requirements, onboarding, and support terms are disclosed and agreed before purchase. Enterprise subscriptions do not add per-action charges, purchasable usage balances, transferable credits, or automatic overages.

Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of data, text, records, instructions, and credentials you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that material only to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have all rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases required for submitted data and connected systems. Do not submit secrets in prompts when a connection credential can be stored separately. Do not use the Service to make or recommend automated decisions about people, or to score, rank, profile, infer sensitive traits about, or categorize people.

We retain all rights in ActionDock software, documentation, branding, and service design. Reports and structured outputs created from your supplied data are available for your business use, subject to rights in their source material and third-party sources.

Service limits, suspension, and liability

Machine-generated analysis and research may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review outputs before relying on them. ActionDock does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, credit, or other regulated advice, and it does not guarantee a business outcome or uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

We may rate-limit, reject, or suspend activity that threatens security, exceeds plan limits, violates law or the Acceptable Use Policy, or creates material risk to users, providers, or ActionDock. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to fees paid for the affected subscription during the 12 months before the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections concerning payment, data rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.

Operator, law, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, contact us so both parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, communicated to account holders.
